What's it like working for AAA?

I'm thinking about pursuing a career as a travel agent with the AAA motor club. Any thoughts on what it's like working there?

I've found that AAA is a great company to work for. They value each and every employee. The travel agency within AAA is very strong. Many travel agencies went under after 9/11 but AAA was able to pull through, primarily because of the other business lines that were able to bring in revenue that year. Even if you decide that the travel industry is not for you, AAA has so much to offer. They prefer to promote from within rather than go to the "outside" to fill a position.
