Help with making the change from a B Roller Hockey Team to a AAA team.?

Okay, so Im 17 years old and have been playing roller hockey on and off for 12 years. In the past 2 seasons I have really cracked down and started focusing on my game. I know I have the determination and skill to play AAA but with the lack of interest and dedication by my current team we are only able to compete in the B division, where we still don't succeed. No one wants to take this game as seriously as I do. Next year Im moving and will only be able to play 18u travel. I've been looking for places to play in the Phoenix area and it seems that most of the 18u travel teams are AAA. I was just wondering if anyone has any advice to offer to making this extremely big change in my game play. Anything along the lines of:

-Nutrition

-Conditioning (On/off rink)

-Strength training

-Puck handling

-Shot accuracy

Im currently working on getting in the best shape that I can, I am 5'8 175 pounds, mostly muscle. I want to compete on a very competitive level, the only hockey league that my town has to offer does not meet my expectations as a competitive travel league. Any help would be appreciated.

well go running everday.

and skating as much as possible.

lift weights and all that stuff like regular.

and set up some empy bottles in diff. spots and try to shoot them all down. that worked great for me.

and a good competitive place is statewars

heres the link www.statewarshockey.com just go to the tryouts and select your state. thats what im currently doing.

Wow roller hockey eh.

Well i play ice hockey at a very high level Midget AAA which is like u18 AAA. Last year i played on a B team and found myself in the same situation as you. over the summer break to push myself to that next level i made myself a schedule of my daily activities. I would have cartio one day muscle building. I made sure i only ate healthy and good meals(protein and such) and then on the ice i continued to work hard at camps and things like that. Today believe it or not am an assistant captian on the AAA team
