I have a very sore rotator cuff and it isnt getting any better... what should i do?

Ok so im a 15 year old boy that plays AAA competetive traveling baseball. It first started off just an annoying naging tightness in my rotator cuff-shoulder but just keeps getting more sore and harder to throw. What should i do to help this heal?

First off, stop masterbating!

I am a granny but currently suffering from the same thing which was caused by a fall 6 mos. ago and steroid shots only give temporary relief, so I fear I have to have surgery. This is second time. It took many months to heal last time. You better have an x-ray and see if it is torn.

Rotator cuffs will not heal themselves like some other musculature problems will. There are specific exercises you can do to strengthen it and help it heal. One that worked best for me was to lean vertically against a wall with good arm and let bad arm hang. Slowly swing arm/hand in a small circle. It don't seem like you're doing much while you're doing it, but it really does help. Try to ease up on using it for a while as well. Best of luck !!

X-ray will not show a torn rotator cuff. You need an mri. See an ortho doc or good chiropractor that knows shoulders.
